Our company, Emek Perçin, began its operations in the fastener sector in 1995 with rivet production and sees it as a necessity to meet changing customer demands and to increase its product range and quality.

To this end, with the experience gained over the years and the significant investments it has made, it has increased its product range and production capacity. Today, it continues its production with 90 employees in an 8,000 m² enclosed area.

Our expanding product range includes half-hole rivets, tubular rivets, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, and M12 nut rivets, Montebent nuts, screws, press-fit screws, ferrules, bushings, nuts, and other special fasteners.

Our company has been steadily increasing its exports since 2000 and meets the demands of customers in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

Our company, young and dynamic, prioritizes quality and aims for continuous development, adopting the principle of producing custom solutions for each of its customers.

At the beginning of 2006, our company certified its quality with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate and in 2014 with the TSE Certificate.

In 2014, the 4-Camera Optical Sorting and Selection Machine, Tensile – Compression Test Device, and Hardness Measurement Test Device we acquired were made available to our valued customers.

With the new machines purchased at the beginning of 2017, our monthly production capacity increased to 100,000,000 units.
